About the Presenter: Scott Wright

Scott is a Canadian cyber security professional, and a seasoned expert in security education, with a passion for helping individuals and small businesses protect their assets from cyberthreats and scams like phishing, social engineering and deep fakes. With over 15 years of experience in teaching cyber security awareness, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and advice to the clients of financial planners and wealth management professionals. Scott is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and regularly delivers keynotes and workshops on “securing online assets” and “digital legacy protection”. Scott has also been a co-host of The Shared Security Podcast since 2009, and has provided valuable interviews and tips in financial planning podcasts.
