How does the Unlimited CE Plan work?

  • What’s included in the Unlimited CE plan?

    The Unlimited CE Plan includes all courses produced for the current and previous calendar year. This includes all Bundles, Theme Packs, Webcasts, and Unique Presentations.

  • Does the Unlimited plan expire?

    Yes. Each annual Unlimited CE Plan is valid for that calendar year and expires on new years day.

  • How do I access My Courses?

    To access your courses, simply go to your “My Dashboard” page and use the search bar to find your course. Click the course to start.

  • What if I can’t find a course I’m looking for?

    If you can’t seem to find your course on your “My Dashboard” send an email with the title of the missing course to CE-Credits Info.

  • Can I complete multiple Bundles with the Unlimited CE Plan?

    Yes. Unlimited means unlimited access to all of our courses at no additional cost.

How do I know what CE credits I need & when my renewal dates are?

  • What is Course Finder?

    Course Finder is free resource that will provide you with all the up to date information on the CE Requirements for 19 Licenses and Designations across Canada, plus the CE Credits that each of the courses provides.

  • How does Course Finder work?

    Simply use the left side menu to select your governing body. The up to date CE Requirements and renewal dates are located at the top of each page.

  • How can Course Finder help me find a course?

    Once you know what your CE Requirements are, you can scroll down any page within Course Finder to see our course grid. The Columns are the governing bodies, and the rows are the CE Credits provided by each course. When you find a course that provides most or all of your CE Requirements, just click the CLICK HERE button on the right.

  • Do I have to complete multiple bundles if I have multiple licenses and designations?

    It depends… All of our courses are cross accredited for many governing bodies across Canada. While we design our bundles to cover as many governing bodies as possible, some requirements are still left outstanding. If you would like to ask about your specific combination of licenses and designations, email a list of ALL your licenses and designations to [email protected] (Subject line: “What is the best course for me”). Please also include the number of CE Credits you have already earned in each category.

How do CE-credits Courses work?

  • What is the format of the courses?

    CE-credits uses a simple course format… Recorded video presentations with industry experts that you can watch at your convenience on demand and on any device.

  • How do I earn my CE Credit?

    The CE-credits platform is simple to use, and to earn your CE Credits. Just watch the video presentation. That’s it! There are no quizzes, there are no secret words that you have to report. There are no games. Just watch the presentation videos. NOTE: You cannot skip or fast forward the videos. You must watch 100% of the video to earn your CE Credit.

  • What is the passing grade on the quiz?

    CE-credits courses do not have quizzes, so there is no minimum passing grade necessary. You earn your CE Credits by watching 100% of the presentation videos. Your progress through the video is tracked by the system and recorded by date and time stamps upon completion.

  • When do I get my CE Certificate?

    To earn your CE Certificate, you must complete 100% of the course. If the course has multiple presentations, then all presentations and course components must be completed. Once the course is 100% Complete, the CE Certificate can be printed and downloaded by clicking a button within the course.

How do I report my CE credits?

  • Who is responsible for reporting these CE Credits?

    You are responsible for reporting your CE credits to your governing bodies. The Canadian governing bodies will not allow CE-credits to report the CE Activities on behalf of any advisor. NOTE: Some companies will report on behalf of their contracted advisors. Check with your company to see if this applies to you.

  • Can CE-credits assist in the reporting of CE Credits earned on this site?

    No. The governing bodies restrict CE-credits from assisting in any way when it comes to reporting CE Credits. CE-credits is not allowed to advise on which information goes into any field on a governing bodies website.

  • Where can I find the information needed to report the CE Credits earned on this site?

    The CE Certificates provided on the CE-credits website have been audited by each of the Canadian governing bodies and are compliant. All information required by the each governing body is contained on the CE Certificate.

  • What happens if I get audited for CE Credits and need help?

    If you are the subject of a CE Audit by any of your governing bodies, or your company, CE-credits is there to stand right beside you 100%! We stand by our CE Certificates 100%!
